It is not as conventional as the French Michelin, nor is it like the British FAT DUCK that forcibly pursues an all-round experience and molecular cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and the chef is very thoughtful. It can be said that he is in control of the balance of various flavors and unexpected. Each dish has its highlights but it is so unintentional. The main thing is that it is delicious! So much so that I canceled the original reservation on the third night and went to eat again. The chef even specially changed all seven dishes. Like 👍

A Michelin restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Florence. Unfortunately, we didn't go there because it was a bit expensive. The restaurant is pretty good and has a sense of design. It's all Italian food. There are very few people in winter.
Living in the villa, the room is so big that it's scary. The public living room is bigger than the room. There is a vineyard outside. This restaurant is in the villa. The dining environment is first-class. The 2-pound Florence T-bone steak is super thick, so big that 3 people can eat it. I also ordered a tomato pasta, which tastes not as good as the one I had on the streets of Milan. The price is reasonable, but the taste is average. I came here to eat because everyone said that Florence's T-bone is very famous. A glass of red wine is 5 euros, tomato pasta is 8 euros, and T-bone steak is 50 euros. It is recommended to share with 4 people. The guy at the next table ate a portion for 2 people. His wife tried hard to cut it for him. After eating, he said that he didn't want to eat steak again in two years. Even a big eater couldn't finish it. In addition, it seems that spinach tortellini is also available. A portion of 5-6 is also 8 euros. I didn't order noodles because I was afraid that I wouldn't be full. Don't order salad. It's 5 euros for some head lettuce and purple cabbage without any seasoning. There is really no seasoning salad!!! I am dying of laughter. I don't know why it is called Mix Salad
The Michelin one-star restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel is located behind the main lobby, at the entrance to the garden. For the Four Seasons, which focuses on service, this restaurant can be said to be the ultimate. From entering the door to being seated to ordering, the service staff is very enthusiastic. When we mentioned that we wanted to taste the Florentine steak, although it was not on the menu, the waiter still helped to confirm with the chef and made this main course for us that was not on the menu. The champagne before the meal was also delicious, with the recommended lobster salad to cleanse the mouth before eating the meat. It is also worth mentioning that the homemade olive oil here is very fragrant and healthy, with pre-meal bread or lobster salad. When the big steak came up, we were really a little stunned because it was so big. The waiter showed it to us and cut it on the spot. There were two full plates of beef. The waiter also thoughtfully prepared steamed vegetables for us to relieve the greasiness. On an early summer night in Florence, there is nothing more comfortable than this.
Great for lunch in the beautiful garden on a sunny day. We tried the Sunday brunch which colleagues commented on as relaxing, good quality and reasonably priced and we were not disappointed. The total was 170 euros for seafood, Italian meats, cheese, pasta, dessert etc and all wine and water included.
I highly recommend this restaurant. My wife and I had a delicious dinner here. We had lamb with corn cream, Italian salad, and halibut. The lamb was perfectly cooked and delicious. We also had tiramisu for dessert, paired with dessert wine and grappa. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
