This Friend Club is actually not so "hidden". The sign is very obvious, and you need to be brave to open the door and enter. The clerk was very enthusiastic and introduced that the cocktails here are all made with local ingredients, hoping to let everyone feel the style of Penang. The name of each wine is very interesting, and the taste of the ingredients will be clearly marked on the menu. I ordered the durian sticky rice that I was most curious about. The base wine is whiskey, with Musang King durian, coconut pandan, etc., and a small piece of sugar cane. The clerk said that if you think it is too strong, you can bite the sugar cane. There is also a glass of Ipurple you, the base wine is rum, but the actual object is purple-red, not as purple as I thought. The purple comes from purple rice, with a strong pandan fragrance, and the taste is sweet and sour. Overall, the style of this store is more fancy, and the lighting and coasters are all pink and purple. Everyone will chat more naturally, and the atmosphere is very lively. A very interesting bar with an unique concept here in Georgetown. Great service by the staffs, and the drinks were great. Had a very nice time here.
