The restaurant is a combination of Chinese and Western styles. The rooms are furnished with Ming and Qing-style furniture, a French window, and movable wooden partitions instead of curtains, which allow light and shadow to be chosen between opening and closing. The hotel is inspired by dance, with the staggered rhythm of the building and the reflection of the waterscape.

Before the meal, we tasted the prepared cocktails at the Remy Martin booth. They were refreshing and fragrant. Under the colorful lights, we also welcomed tonight's banquet. The amber wine was even more dazzling under the changing lights.

However, after eating many Cendol restaurants, this one is really delicious.

In my memory, Cendol has become synonymous with Penang cuisine. Although I have tasted Cendol (also called crystal dew) in Malacca, Penang Cendol is more popular and can be found everywhere in the streets and alleys. Penang Cendol is also shaved ice with green vermicelli, coconut milk, coconut sugar, etc., but unlike Malacca, it does not add ingredients such as durian; it usually only adds red beans and vanilla juice, highlighting the simple nature of Cendol, a traditional dessert. The best Chen's Teochew Cendol is homemade, does not contain pigments, and is famous throughout the city. The goods are sold quickly and the ingredients are particularly fresh. Sweet and fragrant, cold and delicious, you will be unable to stop eating. Each bowl is about RM2. Another common dessert in Penang is red bean ice, which is also delicious.
