Altura has been leaning towards dark cuisine lately. The pasta is made with cape and lots of lemon peel (the kind that is grated into shreds, it takes a lot of effort to pick them all out and then it becomes normal and delicious), and the salad is made with walnuts and pickled beets, which is a very confusing combination.

Absolutely enjoyed the meal and the experience. Very nice Italian wine. Only complaint was the fish special which was average - we ordered a separate dish. I would go back. Definitely book here. Amazing. A bit overpriced for similar restaurants but worth it and a lovely evening
