Chaqchao Chocolates

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the chocolate workshop instead. Andres kept it moving, 3 hours felt like nothing. Got to mess with the beans myself, which was cool. Left with my own little batch. Not the fastest bite I've ever had, but worth the time. 👍

The 100% chocolate bar was so smooth, just the right bitterness. Sat on the balcony with the mountain view at sunset—gorgeous. Beers are a bit pricey but fine for the quality.

The chocolate cake with dulce de leche here is the real deal. Dense, rich, not too sweet. Had it with a cappuccino and that combo just works. Balcony's nice but honestly I'd come back just for that cake. Maybe a bit pricey for the slice size but the flavor makes up for it.
