Palacios Coffee

The coffee mojito was such a fun twist, and they’ve got tons of brewing options. Took a bit longer to get it since they were busy, but the place is clean and chill.

The coffee here is solid and the seating is comfortable, which is what I care about most. They do V60 and Aeropress, and the staff actually know what they're talking about. It's a bit outside the historic center, but the walk over is fine during the day. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

Nice spot for a natural wine lover who also digs coffee. Had a pour-over that paired surprisingly well with their pastry. Owner actually knows his stuff, happy to chat about the beans. A bit off the main drag, but that's fine.
