Stopped by for lunch while walking through the historic center. Fresh pasta is the real deal here. Waiter actually asked what sauce profile we liked before recommending anything. That kind of practical help beats a scripted pitch. Place is small but fine for a quick meal. Prices fair for the quality.
Thin crust, crispy, not too heavy. Pasta tasted fresh, like real homemade stuff. Solid Italian spot in Cusco if you need a break from ceviche. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot.
The tiramisu was assembled right at our table and honestly it might be the best I've had. Layers were perfect, not too sweet. The panna cotta was good too but the tiramisu stole the show. Service was friendly, nothing over the top. Just a solid spot for dessert.
