Fiesta Restaurant

The menu’s a little confusing, but the staff helped me figure it out. Seafood was super fresh, cooked just right. I had the grilled fish and it didn’t need much—simple and tasty. Place was busy but not chaotic. I’d go back for the ceviche alone.

The hot ceviche really stood out for me. Such a clever twist on the classic, and the fish tasted properly fresh. I liked that it wasn't too complicated to order either, the staff let me take my time deciding. Only thing is the place got a bit busy later on, but I was already settled in by then.

The grouper ceviche here was the best I had in Peru. Juices were great too. Place is a bit upscale, but you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Worth the extra soles.
