During my trip to Moscow, I stumbled upon Zaryadye, a restaurant known for its flat-rate menu. Each dish is priced at 600 rubles, which makes one wonder whether the quality and flavor here can live up to the confidence of this simple price. 

Located in Zaryadye Park in the city center, the restaurant offers a magnificent view of the Kremlin and the Moscow River through floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior is modern and comfortable, full of modern atmosphere, and there are also details of Russian culture. After sitting down, the waiter politely and quickly handed over the menu. Although the variety is not numerous, it covers a combination of Russian classics and international elements.

I ordered a Russian borscht and honey-pickled rye bread. The soup is rich and sweet and sour, and the cream adds a soft layering to it. Then, I chose charcoal-grilled trout, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and is refreshing with pickled vegetables. For dessert, a honey cake, the dense texture and light honey aroma put a perfect end to the meal.

The uniform pricing is both affordable and considerate, so people don&#39;t have to worry about exceeding their budget, but can focus on enjoying their taste buds.
