This was recommended by the concierge at my hotel in Seoul and it turned out to be one of my all time favorite dining experiences. I opted for the entire &quot;tasting menu&quot;. Seated at a bar style table surrounding the kitchen. Every dish was delicious. Service was pleasant yet professional.

Tonight, I invited eight elite colleagues to go on a star-picking trip to Seoul. The Michelin two-star restaurant Alla Prima is a newly upgraded restaurant this year. It is very satisfying to be able to eat a new style of cuisine that perfectly blends French, Italian, and Japanese in Korea. No. 10 of Fine Dining  in Seoul

Pimientos de Padron roasted green peppers, some of which have a lot of green pepper seeds, which is not a pleasant feeling. Arroz Negro squid rice, the moment you take a bite of the sticky squid rice is definitely the highlight of this restaurant.

Scallion oil noodles, I love it so much, it is more fragrant than ordinary scallion oil noodles, there is a hot spring egg in the middle which will be runny, mix it with the noodles and eat, the taste is good, the noodles are very chewy! Fried shrimp balls, one serving has 4 pieces, the shrimp balls are chewy and paired with yellow mustard sauce, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, a must-order!

This shop specializes in selling &quot;cloud ice cream,&quot; made with organic milk. The clouds on the ice cream are marshmallows, and there&#39;s also some popping candy in there, but it&#39;s a pretty design. It tastes okay, but I think people buy it just for the photos.
