La Yeon

From the first course to the last, every dish was very well prepared and delicious. This restaurant offers very traditional Korean cuisine. Special mentions are the sea bream, beef carpaccio, red bonito, Korean grilled beef tenderloin and ginseng ice cream. We had a wonderful evening here.

According to Michelin guide, this restaurant is a 3 star restaurant. I can't say it is the best in Korea. After all, Shilla Hotel is owned by 3 star group, they may lobby for 1 or 2 stars. The restaurant has a nice view. The food is good and the service is good. But overall it really can't get 3 stars.

Very classic Korean cuisine, you can eat very authentic Korean food here. These Korean dishes are not very expensive, so we are very satisfied with the consumption of this tour group.

This restaurant was truly amazing. Many of the ingredients were ones I hadn't even considered. I was quite surprised after hearing the explanations, like the combination of shrimp and octopus – incredibly fresh and flavorful. Although the price was reasonable, it was well worth it.
