This is my favorite restaurant, no doubt about it Speaking of Fine Dinning in Barcelona, ​​this restaurant ranked 9th in the world's 50 best restaurants cannot be ignored. The three chefs of the restaurant are also related to Ferran Adria, and all of them were the creative directors of the former El Bulli restaurant. In this restaurant, they continued Ferran's creative spirit. The history and culture of Mediterranean cuisine are vividly expressed through molecular cuisine.

The food was incredibly delicious, the presentation rivaling that of the world's finest restaurants, and most importantly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I can't express how wonderful this dining experience was. While it was certainly a pleasure the first time, it certainly won't be the last. The molecular gastronomy was breathtaking. The emphasis here is on experience, surprise, craftsmanship, and experimentation. The atmosphere, service, and cuisine are all worthy of Disfrutar's three-star rating and its global ranking as the top restaurant.

I really like the decoration style of this restaurant. The environment is very elegant. The Western food I ate here was pretty good. The corn kernels, foie gras and caviar biscuits tasted especially good.
