Mood Food

This restaurant serves mostly seafood. Spain is close to the sea, so seafood is not expensive. On the contrary, pork is very expensive. So I ordered some seafood, all of which were small ones. Squid is the cheapest and you can eat as much as you want. It is very cost-effective.

The tuna and sardines were cooked very well, tasted delicious, the portion was decent, and the price was not low.

This place is an absolute gem. The food is creative and delicious and prepared with lots of love and imagination. Both the food, presentation and service have Michelin star qualities. Perhaps they don’t want to buy into the whole Michelin guide game as it often makes restaurants lose money by investing in extra staff, decor, etc. Trust me you won’t miss any of it when the person in charge of the room greets you, walks you in detail through the menu and make the right suggestions on food and wine. The price is also unbeatable for the quality of food and service. This was my first time here but if I’m ever back Valencia, I will definitely go for a round too.Well done and thank you for letting me have a great culinary experience.
