Little Red House Chinese Food

There are few tourists in Sri Lanka after the special situation, but eating Chinese food in a foreign country warmed my Chinese stomach. The rice was soft and delicious. It was Chinese rice. I ate a big bowl of it. The boss was hospitable and the local waiters were particularly polite.

We were at the old store at noon and came to the new store at night. We strolled along Mirissa Beach before sunset and had dinner at Mimi after sunset. It was nice~ The feeling of eating Chinese food all day was simply amazing. Far away in the Indian Ocean, I was able to drink seaweed egg drop soup and eat smashed cucumbers. My heart was so warm. There are so many choices in China that I may not think of having seaweed egg drop soup and smashed cucumbers once a year. In Sri Lanka, these seaweed egg drop soup and smashed cucumbers add a lot to this trip. While eating, the boss lady came out with baby in her arms. I was instantly touched by her cuteness. So cute~ We asked: Is baby's name Mimi? The boss lady smiled and said, No~ The name of the store comes from the fact that they all use Xiaomi mobile phones, so they gave it this easy-to-remember name. Hahaha~ Baby, grow up quickly and go back to China to play~~~ I really regret not taking a photo with baby.

The taste is really good. It is the best Chinese food I have eaten in Lanka. The ingredients are fresh. We ordered grouper, which is very fresh. There is a lot of crab roe in it, and the shrimp is also very chewy. The key is that you can pay with Alipay and WeChat, which is unexpected! The chef is from Shandong and he is a nice person. Highly recommended!!!

This is the most satisfying and comfortable meal I have had since I came to Sri Lanka. To be honest, I am really scared of Sri Lankan curry. I feel relieved when I hear the cooking pot in the kitchen, because the food is really Chinese. When you come to Sri Lanka and are tired of the local curry, you must come to this restaurant to experience Chinese food abroad. The chef and the boss are both authentic Chinese. Thank you
