Dustin, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu.  The whole staff and the food was superb.  Our favorite dishes were the Pasta (Lamb/Beef) and Pappardelle with White Truffle.  We repeated them!

Been going to Roter Baren for many years, this time I wanted everything on the menu!  Slightly disappointed with the cheese plate, as it wasn&#39;t the usual variety of cheese, but still tasted good.

We loved this dining concept.  Leave it to the chef and enjoy his creativity.  Great food.  Great ambience.  Definitely coming back when I&#39;m next in Basel!

Spectacular dining experience. Nothing to complain about. We had a 3 course menu and every dish was unique, flavorful, and beautiful. Don&rsquo;t miss the fantastic cocktail list.

It was our first time here (I&rsquo;m from the US), and I found out about the restaurant just searching online.  We had an international group of people and every single one of us loved everything we had.  They made the birthday of our friend super special and the food and drinks were fantastic!!

The portions here are really big. The four of us tried our best to eat, but we still couldn&#39;t finish it. Maybe our fighting power was a bit low. I have to say that the food here is really delicious. If I come next time, I won&#39;t order so much.

Movenpick ice cream is a Swiss brand. How can you not eat it when you come to Switzerland? The price here is cheaper than in China. I buy a box almost every day. I think it tastes better than Haagen-Dazs. The ice cream is more fragrant. I like the chocolate flavor the most. I am not used to the cheese at the first bite, but it is good after a few bites! Finally, I saw that the price in Germany is actually cheaper than in Switzerland... Anyway, you can&#39;t miss it when you go to Europe!

Feeling the breath of spring, let&#39;s try some spring dishes. Their green leafy vegetables are very fresh, and the fried snails are spicy. Of course, the crayfish are also absolutely delicious.
