Raya Restaurant

Wandering around the old town, we unexpectedly discovered Raya Restaurant (a century-old colonial house), a retro Nanyang courtyard building, a great place for taking vintage photos. Judging from the exterior, it used to be a Michelin-starred restaurant. We brought our family to try some local specialties. Unfortunately, we couldn't get used to the food! Although we gave it five stars, it really wasn't suitable for those of us who don't like sweets. Even the fried noodles were sweet. However, there were many photos of celebrities on the walls, including the King and Queen Rama IX, which was quite interesting.

In an old house in Phuket Town, the service is good and the response is fast. The menu is all in English. Many dishes can be chosen in large and small portions at different prices. The taste is good, with local Phuket flavor. We quickly devoured the whole table of dishes. Fried noodles, mango, sticky rice, crab meat, curry and rice noodles are all recommended.

When I was walking back, I accidentally saw the yellow wall behind the corner with "RAYA" written on it. The century-old building is very distinctive, the color is very beautiful, and it is beautiful for taking pictures. The taste of the food is a little salty for me, but it's okay overall, and the crab meat is very fresh. The waiter is very enthusiastic, but he doesn't speak Chinese.
