The fact that the restaurant was established in 1927 is noticeable when you meet the waiters; they were probably there at the start. They have a little grumpy old man attitude in a charming way. Nothing I would want to be without. The sound volume is as usual in places like this a little too high for my taste. The menu is small and compact with everything you need and their meat is very good! The wine list is also well sorted with very good wines by the glass.

Well, this restaurant's weekday lunch set menu is a real bargain! Super good value! If you're looking to experience a century-old steakhouse on a budget, you should consider this. My guide and I aren't really into steak, so we hadn't planned on checking out the steakhouse, but we thought it was really affordable. Since we live nearby, we decided to give it a try. If there's a table and no line, we'll give it a try. If not, forget it. We arrived around 2:00 PM, and there was still a line outside, so we left. After a quick walk, we came back and saw that no one was around, so we decided to go in and give it a try. Two lunch sets plus service charge were surprisingly similar to a typical brunch meal. It was truly impressive. I'll just give it a quick rundown. The restaurant is quite large, but the seating is a bit cramped and lacks privacy. However, the atmosphere is good, with a lively American atmosphere. The meal includes an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert. [Appetizer] We tried two soups, both quite good. They looked somewhat similar, but the flavors were distinct, not greasy, and quite enjoyable. [Main Course] One salmon and one steak. My salmon was a bit tough and tasteless. I wasn't sure if the sauce was for the steak or the fish, but we both dipped it in it. The salmon would have been quite boring without it. There were only four steaks, and they were much more tender than I expected, so the flavor was good. The taste, hahaha, was just average. My guide doesn't like meat, so these four pieces were his limit. [Dessert] I recommend the cheesecake. The good thing is that it's rich, but the bad thing is that the crust isn't crispy anymore. The lemon pie was a bit fresher, but I thought it was just average. I wouldn't recommend the chocolate lava because the filling wasn't very good. But the service was really good.
