Sugar Plum is a special place. Whenever we visit Virginia Beach, we take the short drive over to Sugar Plum. The pastries are made fresh daily and they have some unique offerings.

We strolled in here on a recent Sunday and spent about 90 minutes there. we were the first ones n there as we got there early and got a bounty of free chips and salsa.

It was the best cup of coffee I have had in a while. The cookies weren&#39;t badd either however we do not care for the waiter this time he was not very attentive.
