Fat Mom’s Kitchen near Ben Thanh Market It is an Internet celebrity restaurant The store is clean and cool Make people feel comfortable and assured Yabobs with tender meat that melts in your mouth Fragrant and delicious Served with rice noodles and mint lettuce Dip in some spicy and sour fish sauce A must Big Mac Vietnamese Egg Pancake Crispy and savory egg skin It’s full of bean sprouts pork and shrimp Full and rich It smells like mom~
Fat Mom Kitchen is hidden in the alley next to the Penang Market. It provides food from all over North, Central and South Vietnam. All food is fresh and healthy, without MSG. The dining environment is very clean and comfortable, with a pastoral style that is very characteristic of the Vietnamese countryside. There are a variety of specialties here, and the key is that every dish is delicious. For example, the coconut fried rice actually has crispy coconut meat in it, which is really delicious. The shrimp cake vermicelli (Vietnamese pizza) is fragrant and crispy, and you can't stop eating it! The cold banana flower salad is very refreshing and suitable as an appetizer. The simple Vietnamese spring rolls are crispy and delicious, which is very amazing. Every dish is of such a high standard.
The restaurant is a little hard to find (you have to go to the end of an alley and look for it on the left) but I'm so glad we found it! The food was really good and cheap. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. There is a high turnover so if you get there, don't worry if almost all the tables are occupied. I saw a mix of locals and tourists inside which shows how nice this place is. I would definitely go again!
