Restaurant Bun Bo Thuong Tu

The rice noodles are so thin, almost see-through. It’s a lovely texture, soft but not mushy. I just kept thinking about how delicate they were with the broth. Really enjoyed that.

Came here for brunch with friends. The sausages were really good, juicy and full of flavor. Perfect for a casual catch-up, we just kept ordering more of those! The place got a bit loud later on, but that's fine for a group.

The Bun Bo Hue had a nice flavor, and it's definitely a good value for the price. The seats were a bit too firm for a long meal, but the staff was very friendly.
