This is fun and the kids will love the maze and the figures. A bit expensive for what it is but if your kids like Naruto they will enjoy it

Awaji Island is a popular driving destination on sunny days📍
First, cross the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and go left, there is a roadside station where you can eat lunch and buy onions (^^)
When you go to the back of the store, there is a square and you can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge🙌
There are many cafes with ocean views on Awaji Island, but I like Shiawase no Pancakes and often stop by!
The pancakes you eat on the terrace with a view of the ocean are delicious🫶

This is a beautiful island with loads to do. There is anime, animals, nature and resorts. We took a day trip here for the Godzilla, Naruto and Attack on aTitan events. We used the ferry on the way over which was beautiful, so pleased we did and the bridge on the way back for an alternative view. Lovely place.

I went to this shrine because it is famous for bringing happiness to marriage and finding a partner!
It's not in the photo, but the 900-year-old tree was amazing 🌳

I went there in August during the sunflower season! They were blooming beautifully. Since it is a prefectural park, there is no admission fee and parking is also cheap, which I was very grateful for! If you come to Awaji Island, this is a spot you should definitely visit!

This is an animal-themed amusement park located in the southern part of Awaji Island. It is broadly divided into two areas (north and south), and you can travel between them by a train-shaped bus. The bus comes every 5 minutes or so, so the waiting time wasn't much of a concern. We were able to see quite a number of animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, koalas, tortoises, snakes, squirrel monkeys, emus, and more. Traveling around in the scorching sun can be tough, but there are benches everywhere so you can easily stay hydrated. It was a short trip from Kobe, but we were able to enjoy ourselves all day long.
