Things to do in Cambria

Driving along California's Highway 1, my hands were aching from gripping the wheel for so long. The coastal section was winding and twisting, with waves crashing white against the cliffs below. I stopped by the roadside to watch the seals; those lazy guys just rolled on their backs, not moving an inch. The Big Sur Bridge was quite photogenic, but I was too busy watching the road to cross it. We kept stopping and starting, turning into every viewpoint we saw to enjoy the breeze. Just as the gas tank was almost empty, we arrived in town; a burger and a Coke were the perfect comfort food.

Here you can witness the rise and fall of the castle, from the hustle and bustle of traffic to the tranquility of time. Hearst Castle is not only a magnificent private estate, but also a landmark building that integrates architectural art, cultural history and natural beauty. Its luxurious style and complex history perfectly demonstrate the glory and charm of the golden age of the United States in the 20th century.

The sunset was beautiful, and the seals were everywhere on the beach—they were so cute! Many people come specifically to see the seals on the weekend. The journey is quite long, but everyone drives fast; in a convoy, if you're slow, you'll be pushed back! It's a very rare sight.

San Simeon State Park is one of the oldest parks in the California State Park system. The park's coastal headlands offer sweeping views of the ocean and rocky coast. The park includes the Santa Rosa River Nature Preserve, the San Simeon Nature Preserve, and the Pa-nu Cultural Preserve.

The overall experience at Universal Studios Hollywood was absolutely fantastic! You could say there were practically no lines. Even the big rides only took about ten minutes (this is essential; otherwise, you'd get overwhelmed and dizzy from all the rush). They're also having the world premiere of Fast & Furious. However, being an older theme park, many details do look a bit dated (especially the Harry Potter area). Universal Studios is truly amazing! It's unique and allows you to experience the film sets up close.
