Opened in 1913, the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles is the largest natural history museum in the western United States, with a collection of more than 35 million pieces spanning 4.5 billion years of history. The Natural History Museum's exhibits cover a vast range of fields, including anthropology, botany, entomology, vertebrates and invertebrates, paleontology, mollusks, ichthyology, herpetology, echinoderms, ornithology, mineralogy, and dinosaur fossils. With so much to discover, the museum offers a truly eye-opening experience for all visitors. The biggest feature of the museum is that it takes animal specimens as the main body, restores the ecological environment of animals, and brings tourists into different historical periods and ecological environments. The lifelike taxidermy, lighting, and the visual performance of the theater are quite shocking. The biggest focus of the museum is the dinosaur exhibition hall, which has more than 300 fossils, 20 dinosaur skeleton specimens and various interactive exhibits. What excites visitors is that the museum also exhibits Triceratops, Stegosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus skeleton.Los Angeles · 20.7 km from Carson

Disneyland Resort California is an entertainment resort in Anaheim, California, USA. It is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its experiences division, featuring two theme parks (Disneyland and Disney California Adventure), three hotels, and the Disney Downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment district. Disneyland Park features Sleeping Beauty Castle as its landmark, with scenes from the fairy tale displayed inside. The Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge area recreates the streets of Batuu from the movies, where visitors can board the Millennium Falcon. Classic attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, and Haunted Mansion in New Orleans Square have been operating for decades, with daytime parades often winding through the park. At Disney California Adventure Park, Cars Land is modeled after the desert town from the movie, with Radiator Springs Racers remaining a perennial favorite. The Avengers Campus offers thrilling experiences like Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout! and an interactive shooting adventure with Spider-Man. Over at Pixar Pier, the Incredicoaster races along the bay. At night, Disneyland lights up the sky with castle fireworks, while Disney California Adventure dazzles with a grand water and light show on the lake. Given the resort's size and long queues for popular attractions, two full days are recommended to fully explore both parks—hit the top rides early, then explore at leisure. Keep an eye out for hidden Mickey easter eggs scattered throughout the parks, as spotting them adds to the fun. After the parks close, head to Downtown Disney for dining and shopping to cap off your day. Disneyland was the company's first theme park, and also a theme park built by Walt Disney, which opened on July 17, 1955. Disney California Adventure Park is a theme park based on Disney's interpretation of California, which opened on February 8, 2001.Anaheim · 33.3 km from Carson

It is convenient to drive by yourself, and there are many parking spaces outside. There are not too many people in the museum, the exhibits are rich, and there are many veterans who serve as volunteer guides to explain. It is a very good attraction

Had a wonderful time at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach! There is so much to see, from colorful tropical fish and beautiful jellyfish to adorable sea otters and playful penguins. The exhibits are well designed, informative, and enjoyable for both adults and children. I especially loved seeing the marine animals up close and learning more about ocean conservation. The aquarium is well maintained, and the whole visit was fun, relaxing, and educational. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Long Beach area!

The dinosaur and mammal exhibits were truly impressive. Although it's a county-level museum, it was built in the 1920s and has a rich history. It allowed us to learn about nature and also to see how Americans treated nature at that time.

We took our kids there, 3 and 5. Went to the science museum, natural history museum, butterfly exhibit, and then let the kids play in the shade of the rose garden. They were only interested in the shuttle itself for about two minutes, but there were other things to see. They loved the dinosaurs and butterflies. They were entertained for over three hours, which was good. Need to buy tickets in advance. Many things have separate admission fees. I only noticed that parking was $12. Excellent museum, but in the transportation center of the city, so adjust your schedule accordingly.

Ticketing is convenient and quick. The world's first Disney park is a bit old, and the castle looks somewhat shabby, but it's the first one! The fun atmosphere remains undiminished, and the food prices inside the park are reasonable, similar to those outside, and the taste is also good. Visiting both parks in one day is perfectly feasible.

The overall experience at Universal Studios Hollywood was absolutely fantastic! You could say there were practically no lines. Even the big rides only took about ten minutes (this is essential; otherwise, you'd get overwhelmed and dizzy from all the rush). They're also having the world premiere of Fast & Furious. However, being an older theme park, many details do look a bit dated (especially the Harry Potter area). Universal Studios is truly amazing! It's unique and allows you to experience the film sets up close.

Lakers is the favorite team of most fans. From the Kobe era to the current James-led basketball empire, there is one less game to watch. The live viewing experience is definitely worth the fans to find out.

Managed to catch some big superstar for Lakers outside the arena. Pretty upset as NBA regular season is ended when I visited in June and no playoff games at the time hence I wasn’t able to watch the game in the arena but I’m sure I will be back some day again to watch a NBA game.
