I was extremely satisfied with my Hakone trip! The weather was fantastic throughout, the scenery was beautiful, and I even got to try black eggs. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing ample time at most attractions without feeling rushed. The tour guide was very enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous; his explanations were engaging, and his service was exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended!

Advantages: Not many people, medium bus, the car is very new. Disadvantages: The contact information of the tour guide is completely unavailable beforehand, only Japanese phone numbers, but we are just tourists, how can we have Japanese phone numbers to call? Not having any online messages to communicate with is really unacceptable. Convenient connection No matter the meeting time or place, there is no way. So to ensure that the group members will not get lost or lost yeah! Then he threatened: If he didn't arrive on time, he would be able to catch up at the next attraction by taxi. (threatened threat 🙂)

The itinerary was reasonable and on time. We tend to get carsick easily on vans, but this one didn't cause any discomfort. The guide was also very informative. It would have been nice to see more places in Yokohama. The line for the Ferris wheel was quite long. Are there alternative options for seeing the night view? This would have freed up time to explore other parts of Yokohama.
