First, the customer service was excellent. They maintained contact via WeChat and promptly sent relevant information, especially a few days before the trip, to confirm the local guide's pick-up time from the hotel. Second, the local guide was very responsible. Upon arrival at the falls, they drove the car to the designated meeting point after the tour and confirmed the meeting time so everyone was aware of the schedule. Then they drove to the drop-off point, the entrance to the falls viewpoint, and gave a brief introduction. Although there was a language barrier, the natural scenery was so captivating that further explanation was unnecessary. The viewpoint route was straightforward, so no one was worried about getting lost. Third, the group members were very friendly. Despite coming from different countries and speaking different languages, everyone was very welcoming and helped each other take photos. Fourth, at the end of the tour, there was transportation back to the hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with the falls tour. The tour offered excellent value for money.
