[Manual code issuance] After the supplier issues the confirmation voucher, the QR code will be sent to you via the Trip.com app message interface. Present the QR code at the corresponding lounge to redeem.
You can also tap "customer support - supplier online support" to check the confirmation voucher.
Note:
1. Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking. (The lounge must be used with the boarding pass for the day of departure.)
2. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.
3. The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
4. The lounge is purchased with real names and cannot be refunded or changed. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!

The lounge does not serve meals 24 hours a day. Lounges that offer meals serve them during specific dining hours, subject to lounge availability.
