It was my first time using it, and I think it's good value for the price. Even if you take the Rapit or a limousine, getting to the hotel is a hassle, so it was nice that they took me there comfortably. However, there is a transfer point in the middle, which was a bit confusing because there was no prior notice about it. It takes a little longer, so you should allow plenty of time. It wasn't difficult to find after exiting the arrival hall, and since I only waited about 20 minutes to board, I didn't have to wait long, which helped relieve fatigue. I plan to use it again next time.

The counter was easy to find; after about 20 minutes, staff led us to the bus. The bus seats were comfortable, and the ride took 45 minutes to reach the transfer station. From there, we transferred to a nine-seater van to the hotel. Staff handled all our luggage. The entire journey from the airport to the hotel took only 65 minutes! Convenient and fast.

The cruise wasn't originally in my plans, but I had some free time in the middle of the day, so I booked it on the spot while looking for something to see. I didn't realize I needed to reserve a seat, so I bought an unassigned ticket, but I still only had to wait about 30 minutes before boarding. It seems they assign people without reservations to a spare boat, and it was actually better than I expected. I liked that I could go on the day without a reservation—even though booking is required—and see the activity with such a short wait. The price wasn't much different, and it was a very satisfying activity.

The Kansai Wide Area Railway Pass was very convenient. I went to Takayama and Toyama, and explored Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It was a very enjoyable trip.
