We were picked up at the agreed-upon time from our hotel in Hanoi by car and taken to the bus. The bus was comfortable. In Ninh Binh, we were driven by car to our hotel in Tam Coc.

I was really worried about my trip to Sapa, wondering how to get there and where to catch the bus. Just download WhatsApp and contact them; they provide all the necessary information, including boarding locations, so you won't have to worry.
