A day trip like this, worthy of special forces soldiers, requires meticulous planning and a lot of physical stamina! Because I'm going home tomorrow, but I really wanted to visit Leshan and Emei, I chose a day trip. Before booking, I was worried about whether I could fully enjoy both places in one day, but when you finish the trip, you feel like you've created a miracle! I admire myself; today was definitely worthwhile! The luckiest thing was meeting our guide, Mr. Yang, who arranged the time well, so we didn't have to queue at any of the places. I'm also grateful to Mr. Yang for taking such good care of each member of the group, including two foreign friends who were also very considerate. Mr. Yang is an excellent guide. On the bus, he explained the Leshan Giant Buddha and the Golden Summit Buddha to us in a vivid and humorous way, helping me learn more about these two Buddhas. He even helped me take photos of the Leshan Giant Buddha. When we arrived at Emei Mountain, he introduced the sights as we walked; we were already out of breath just from walking. He's truly a very qualified and responsible guide. We set off at 6:10 AM and returned to the city around 9:30 PM. The boat tour in Leshan was very pleasant. It started out foggy, and I was worried the boat wouldn't be able to operate normally, but the fog cleared, and the boat ran smoothly. I got a perfect shot of the Giant Buddha, which was magnificent. I only regretted that the time was too short; we had to leave before we could fully appreciate it. I'll definitely revisit it sometime. Mount Emei requires physical strength, so you must bring some high-energy food. However, our group lunch was particularly sumptuous, and we ate our fill. I didn't even need the food and drinks I brought; I carried them all back down the mountain. When we first arrived at Mount Emei, it was shrouded in fog. I was convinced I would see the Giant Buddha. The higher we went, the clearer the sky became. Our guide, Mr. Yang, said there are only 95 days like this a year. We were incredibly lucky! We clearly saw the statue of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva. Mr. Yang meticulously explained how to take photos and the order of sightseeing, which allowed us to perfectly complete our tour of the Golden Summit of Mount Emei. We took many photos and were reluctant to leave. On the way down, we encountered a troop of monkeys as expected. I didn't dare look at them for too long, fearing they would snatch my bag, so I sheepishly walked past them. Today's vehicle was a minivan, clean inside and comfortable seats. A big thank you to the driver; he drove very smoothly and attentively, making the journey comfortable and safe, and ensuring we got back to Chengdu safely. A two-day trip would be even better if we weren't in a rush. Back in Leshan, our guide, Yang, took us to try the local specialty, tofu pudding—a huge bowlful, and delicious! Meeting is fate; thank you to our guide, Yang, and all my teammates for their cooperation, which made today's day trip a smooth and perfect success. Wishing everyone all the best in the future! Grateful for Leshan and Emei Mountain! A perfect trip! Finally, our guide, Yang, thoughtfully summarized our travel and food recommendations—so considerate! If any of my friends are traveling to Leshan and Emei Mountain, I will definitely recommend them to guide Yang.
