How to use
Swap your smartphone voucher for your Valencia Tourist Card at the Tourist Info Valencia Office located in the Arrivals Hall of Valencia Airport (Manises Airport) or at any other tourist information office around the city
The card will be activated when used for the first time on public transport, after which it is valid for the chosen period

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Every Sunday, all government managed venues in Valencia are open for everyone for free
Kids under 6 can travel for free on all public transports and can visit most venues for free or at a reduced rate.
