• Data roaming must be enabled after eSIM activation in order to connect to the internet.
• To use voice calls in mainland China (providing a Hong Kong phone number), you must purchase a plan with call minutes to use the eSIM voice service.(The 365-day package does not include voice service)
• After activation, your Hong Kong number will be provided in an SMS message if you have purchased an eSIM with a call minute plan. Please check your messages. • The 365-day new Hong Kong number plan does not support voice calls, but includes unlimited SMS during the service period.

[eSIM IP address]
eSIM automatically switches IP addresses depending on the application you use to provide better network services.
When using applications from mainland China, the system will automatically assign a Hong Kong IP address.
When using applications outside of mainland China, the system will automatically assign a Singapore IP address.
[TikTok Compatibility Notes]
iOS: Supports TikTok App and Web Version
Android: TikTok App is not currently supported; only the web version is supported.
Precautions:
• Service providers have enhanced TikTok compatibility, but cannot guarantee that TikTok will work on all phones. Requests for refunds due to TikTok incompatibility with your phone will not be accepted.
• For iOS users experiencing login issues with the TikTok App: Please update your iOS system to the latest version, uninstall and reinstall the TikTok App. If the problem persists, try accessing the TikTok website through your mobile browser and logging into your account. Once logged in, you can then access the App.
• Service providers may discontinue support for TikTok at any time without prior notice.


[Phone Compatibility]
1. Your device supports eSlM function
Ouery Method: Dial "*#06#" in the dial interface. lf "ElD" is displayed, the phone supports eSlM.
if not, it does not support eSlM.
2. The phone is not a network-locked phone
Query Method: Check with your Telecom Operator to see if your device is open for all networkbands
*Please check whether you meet the above conditions before purchasing. Only when allconditions are met can you use eSlw normally.
[Set up eSlM]
Please setup and activate the eSlM when you reach your destination and are connected to theInternet. lf you install the card in a country other than your destination, the eSlM will becomeinvalid or the usage time will be calculated in advance.
Enable Data Roaming
Please make sure that the "Data Roaming" option for the eSlM is enabled.
