How to use
- Swap your smartphone voucher for your Valencia Tourist Card at any of the tourist information office around the city, or at the airport
- You can collect your card from any of our [Tourist Offices](https://www.visitvalencia.com/en/plan-your-trip-to-valencia/tourism-office) during opening hours ([Tourist Info Points](https://www.visitvalencia.com/en/plan-your-trip-to-valencia/tourism-office) )
- The card is valid for 7 days. The date will be printed on the card and it may only be used for 7 days as from said date by the same person

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
