The transfer service is a shared transportation mode, and passengers will be picked up in order of hotels. Please wait in the hotel lobby from the [start time] agreed on the confirmation until the [end time]. Please do not leave the lobby during this period, as the driver may arrive at any time. If you are not in the lobby, the driver can only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before leaving. Missing the pick-up will be deemed as automatically giving up the trip and no refund or rescheduling is possible.
