I was extremely satisfied with my Hakone trip! The weather was fantastic throughout, the scenery was beautiful, and I even got to try black eggs. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing ample time at most attractions without feeling rushed. The tour guide was very enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous; his explanations were engaging, and his service was exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended!

Advantages: Not many people, medium bus, the car is very new. Disadvantages: The contact information of the tour guide is completely unavailable beforehand, only Japanese phone numbers, but we are just tourists, how can we have Japanese phone numbers to call? Not having any online messages to communicate with is really unacceptable. Convenient connection No matter the meeting time or place, there is no way. So to ensure that the group members will not get lost or lost yeah! Then he threatened: If he didn't arrive on time, he would be able to catch up at the next attraction by taxi. The itinerary was reasonable and on time. We tend to get carsick easily on vans, but this one didn't cause any discomfort. The guide was also very informative. It would have been nice to see more places in Yokohama. The line for the Ferris wheel was quite long. Are there alternative options for seeing the night view? This would have freed up time to explore other parts of Yokohama.

Unfortunately, our departure was delayed by more than 45 minutes due to a traffic accident, but thankfully the local guide managed to catch up with the schedule once we were on the road. Our guide, Peter, deserves a special mention. He’s an excellent storyteller, with strong bilingual skills in both Mandarin and English. His commentary was informative, entertaining, and really brought each stop to life. That said, the traffic congestion throughout the day caused us to miss out on fully enjoying some key highlights. We couldn’t explore the Red Brick Warehouse since it closed at 7:00 PM, and we were also disappointed to miss the Ramen Museum, which closed at 6:00 PM. By the time we reached Yokohama, most attractions were already shut. Luckily, we still managed to catch the return cable car ride, which was a nice way to wrap up the day.

The guided tour was very enjoyable. Yuki is a great guide with lots of information and had answers to our questions. We really enjoyed seeing the sights and learning some history and culture. Thank you so much for a great time.
