Beautiful scenery, comfortable bus, good buffet. Overall, I liked everything. The only two downsides: 1. After meeting at the office, the bus travels through central Hanoi to pick up tourists from their hotels—it takes an hour in traffic. I think it would be easy for tourists to walk to the travel agency office in 15 minutes. In that case, they could save an hour and leave later and sleep longer. 2. Trang An. Everything is very beautiful, but two hours on a boat is very tough in every sense, and it gets boring. I think an hour is enough. By shortening the boat trip, we could avoid the crowds when boarding, increase traffic flow, and, therefore, increase the income of the boatwomen.★

The guide was in a hurry, not keeping up with everyone, and the group was too large. The weather was unfavorable. An hour and a half boat ride down the river in the rain at 14°C (55°F) was unpleasant. But the place is worth the visit.★

It is introduced as a 5 star restaurant, which was the worst meal in the trip. I expected it to be 5 stars while making a reservation. All my friends who went with me at the level of fraud were dissatisfied with the meal. Please refer to the level of a 5 star restaurant among the 20 stars.
