The tour to Glenorchy was great in every way. The sights, tour guide, having a snack prepared for us and wearing a Lord of the Rings costume was real fun. When showing the photographs to others on our tour, some were sorry of being unaware that they could have taken this tour on our 'free' half day.★

The staff were incredibly welcoming. They contacted me in advance to arrange the itinerary, and due to weather conditions, the flight was changed to a clear day. They kept confirming the time with me, arranging the shuttle bus, and explaining any precautions. Finally, I got to experience the activity. The flight was perfect, very smooth and stable, even more stable than I expected. We even stopped at the top of the mountain to land and take photos 📷. I had a wonderful and perfect experience.★

My wife and I along with another couple recently visited Auckland, New Zealand on a cruise vacation to the South Pacific. While there, we took this excursion. The bus was very comfortable and our group was quite small, which made the experience very enjoyable. Our guide was personable and very knowledgeable. We visited a rain forest and several scenic overlook areas with amazing views of the forest and lake scenery. We also visited a black sand beach. This excursion was very enjoyable.★

Very informative tour and very ethical and respectful of the kiwis. It was wonderful to learn about the kiwi and everything that is being done to protect them. I didn’t realise kiwis were so big and heavy. We were able to hold weighted objects to get a better understanding of the kiwi’s weight at different life stages. Highly recommend for animal and nature lovers
