The service was excellent, and despite being only 19 years old, my guide provided wonderful assistance and motivation.
Keep in mind that this hike is suitable only for those who are physically fit. After just two hours into the hike, I realized it was more challenging than expected. Ideally, completing the trek over a period of two days would be preferable. During my ascent, I spent 6 strenuous hours on the trail and four coming down.★

Excellent organization. They sent precise directions to the bus stop and the bus number via WhatsApp. There were two stops along the way, where you could go to the restroom (for a fee of 3,000 rubles) and grab a bite to eat. In Sapa, a free shuttle took you to the hotel. The downside was the air conditioning on the bus was so loud that I had to wear all my warm clothes.★

We had an excellent guide Sumi! She was so helpful and informative and looked after our family the whole day . We had a great experience, however the roller coaster was not included in the itinerary as shown .★
