Details: Janzu is a guided aquatic bodywork session focused on deep relaxation, emotional release, and mindful connection with your body through water. This experience is designed to calm the nervous system, support emotional balance, and encourage deep physical and mental relaxation.
The session begins with a short introduction to create a safe, comfortable atmosphere. We then enter the water together and start with gentle walking, breathing techniques, and light stretching to help your body relax and set a clear intention.
Once you are ready, the Janzu practice begins. While you float supported on the water, the therapist guides you through a continuous sequence of slow, fluid movements, including gentle stretches, rhythmic motions, soft massage, and immersion techniques, all performed with care and full presence.
During the session, gravity disappears. Your muscles release tension, breathing becomes natural, and your nervous system shifts into a deep state of calm. Many describe the experience as deeply nurturing, grounding, and peaceful.
No prior experience is needed. You simply float, breathe, and allow the water and guided movements to do the work.
