Every time my friends come to Sichuan, I will enthusiastically take them to experience the beauty of every minute and every second here.
However, in recent years, with the rise of social media platforms, I found that Sichuan has been distorted in a heartbreaking way. It is not like this where I grew up.

Experience Introduction
Master Yang used to be a chef at a star hotel, but he pursued a free and easy life in the city. He left his stable and affluent environment and opened a noodle shop on a small street in Chengdu. He became famous for his excellent cooking skills.
But few people know that his hotpot is also a specialty. Today we visited Master Yang and asked him to show us his unique hotpot secret. He created his own five-oil hotpot, which contains chicken oil, beef tallow, lard, vegetable oil, and his unique secret braised oil, which is unique in Chengdu.
Venue Introduction
Our experience was in an authentic old-style community restaurant in Chengdu. It was full of life and people were all neighbors. In addition to the popular mixed noodles in Chengdu, Master Yang's hot pot was also a must.
Experience process
Arrive at Master Yang's shop at 16:00 and visit Master Yang. We will leave enough time to accompany him, from frying ingredients to preparing dishes, to fully present the process of making hot pot from scratch. Then the most important thing is to eat it. Master Yang will tell us what to blanch first and how long to blanch it, so that we can truly learn how to eat hot pot once and for all.
