Lucy was so good at explaining everything and was super interactive with everybody and made it one of the best tours I have ever done in any country I’ve been to.
Reviews: Melbourne: Yarra Valley Wine, Gin, Whisky and Chocolate Tour

Had a great trip to the Yarra Valley…three great wineries, whiskey tasting and a really good lunch. Chocolate tasting was a bit underwhelming but was still fine. Our driver, David, was great…very engaging and had us very well organized
Reviews: Melbourne: Yarra River Sightseeing Cruise

A beautiful summery day. Our captain Tom and his team were very interactive and in tune. For a South Londoner Tom was very knowledgeable about tfe waterway and it’s unique history. We learnt a lot from his astute and encyclopaedic of the Yarra. I woukd thoroughly recommend this waterway tour thst suits all ages and intentions from a serene cruise to hard core understanding of its evolution. We missed the cruise prior and got this one. I call that serendipity.
Reviews: Melbourne Puffing Billy Steam Train + Phillip Island Penguin Island Day Trip
Guest User2026-02-27
This itinerary was really great for us traveling with kids. The penguin watching was in the evening, so we left the hotel around noon, which suited our child's schedule. Our first stop was the Puffing Billy Railway, a popular station with great photo opportunities. It was sunny at first, but halfway through the journey, a sudden downpour started. So we skipped the zoo and went straight to Phillip Island. We saw kangaroos along the way, and Cape Nobis was beautiful. Our guide, Xiao Li, was also fantastic. We did see the baby penguins in the evening, but my older son got impatient in the end. We took many close-up photos though. Highly recommended!

Long journey, but the bus is comfortable with a lot of toilet break en-route. Prepare your own motion sickness pills if needed.
Reviews: Penguin Parade, & Wildlife Encounters Eco Tour from Melbourne
Guest User2026-03-02
This trip was brilliant and such a good combination of things to do in one trip. A great atmosphere with the group and the tour guide Lisa was amazing and so informative. She made me feel so comfortable with doing it as a solo trip and got to know everyone as best she could in the time. The sanctuary and penguin parade were a great experience and I would recommend to anyone. The view points were breathtaking and you got to see animals in their wild habitats. 10/10 experience.
