Very chirpy guide. Spoke excellent English. Kept group entertained and interested. Stunning Palace and rooms in excellent condition. Guide told us lots of relevant facts and stories. Pleased we chose a guide rather than the audio tours.★

The tour was good, but we were told it would last 2.5 hours, but it didn't last more than 1.5 hours. The tapas on the other side of the city left a lot to be desired. It seemed like they were giving you something for free. The tapas were average. A croquette wasn't very good, some patatas bravas were the best they served, and another one was poorly made and almost cold. The best thing was the beer after walking so far to find the bar.★

We had an amazing experience with Jovan during our photo tour in Retiro Park. He is extremely kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about Madrid and the park’s history. He shared great insider tips for restaurants, tapas, bars, and cocktail spots, and even helped us find our way back to the metro. Although he doesn’t bring his own camera (as stated), he took stunning photos and videos with our phone. You can truly feel his passion and experience as a photographer. 10/10, absolutely worth it and amazing value for our first time Madrid experience! Highly recommended!
