

▲ Qingcheng Mountain has a long history. It is said that during the time of Emperor Huangdi, a man named Ning Fengzi practiced Taoism here and taught Emperor Huangdi the "Dragon-riding Technique" of controlling wind and clouds. Therefore, Emperor Huangdi built an altar and worshipped him as "Five Mountains Grandfather". Qingcheng Mountain was therefore called Grandfather Mountain, and the Grandfather Temple was built to commemorate him. Qingcheng Mountain is one of the birthplaces of Taoism in China and the fifth of the ten great Taoist caves. It is known as "Ask the Way to Qingcheng Mountain".

▲ Dujiangyan, located in the west of Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, sits on the Minjiang River in the west of the Chengdu Plain. It is a huge water conservancy project system.
