The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.

Overall, the experience with Amigo Tour Company was very positive, and their communication leading up to the trip was excellent. However, I was disappointed about the information regarding the earphones. I was told in advance that I would need to bring earphones and download the app, so I went out and purchased a pair the night before. On the day of the trip, I discovered that earphones were not needed after all. Unfortunately, this meant I spent money unnecessarily, which was frustrating.★

Overall in line with the description, but the tour guide was late in the morning. The time to stay in the German town is relatively tight. After tasting the pig hands and sausages, the visit time is less than half an hour. The pig hands are very large. It is recommended that three people order one.★
