We enjoyed our trip and learnt a lot about the wine making process. Our guide was very knowledgeable however, as a tourist to Australia, it would have been nice to have some time of connection to enable us to get to know each other. The wine tasting was great, lots of different flavours and wine types. It would have been nice to have some food/snacks available to support the drinking process. There was no suggestion to cleanse your glass between wines which could have meant a mixing of tastes and a distortion of the taste. A little time to converse with our group as to how we found each wine would have given more opportunity to connect as a group. The lunch that followed was amazing and the wine of choice fitted perfectly. A lovely experience in all.Trip.com Picks
