Due to time constraints, we could only experience multiple itineraries within one day. Our driver, Mr. Wang Minghai, was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. He contacted us in advance, arrived at the hotel early, proactively helped us with our luggage, assisted us with arranging the next part of our itinerary, introduced us to local customs and traditions along the way, and even helped an injured elderly client contact hospitals and arrange transportation. He also provided us with valuable and constructive advice. We are extremely grateful and give him a big thumbs up! 👍👍👍

A very satisfying day trip! Booking through Ctrip was convenient, and the pre-trip notifications were clear. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to easily see the highlights without having to worry about transportation or tickets. The driver was responsible and provided excellent commentary. Xiao Zheng's tour guide is very professional. The three-day chartered tour itinerary for parents is specially upgraded to the elderly. The overall itinerary planning is particularly perfect. The distance design is reasonable. Xiao Zheng's tour guide is also very intimate. If you have the opportunity, you can take pictures for the elderly. I must give our tour guide, Mr. Mu, a five-star rating! The entire route was exceptionally well-planned, avoiding detours and rushing. His explanations at each attraction were packed with valuable information; he didn't just recite lines but also shared many local historical anecdotes and hidden gems, making the tour captivating. When elderly people or children fell behind, he would proactively slow down to help with luggage and find rest areas – incredibly thoughtful. Furthermore, there was absolutely no hard selling; it was a truly immersive experience. I'll definitely use him again next time I'm here!


