Pre-trip information about requiring cash not card for payment of goggles, scarfs, photos would’ve been helpful. We were told that drinks were free on entry to the evening meal however a drinks menu was given,we chose a drink and then had to pay for them. It was a bit misleading as the free drink was a small plastic cup of coke. We were scrambling around to pay the bill ?? there was no preview of photos and our purchase showed lots of strangers and seemed to focus on same people ★

During my stay in Switzerland, I made full use of the SBB pass. It was incredibly convenient – trains, trams, ferries, and most museums – no need to worry about buying tickets, just choose the right time. Plus, there's a Chinese version of the SBB pass on WeChat mini-program, which is accurate and easy to use. I'll definitely buy the pass again next time I'm in Switzerland.★

The map is super. Yes, it might seem expensive to many, but without it, it would be much more expensive. The metro and buses offer endless trips. We often got off at the wrong place and had to re-enter the metro. It's a godsend, and I thank those who came up with it and put it into operation.★

Booking the KLIA Express was very easy through Trip.com. After payment, the QR code was sent immediately via email.
It’s also cheaper to purchase through Trip.com compared to buying at the kiosk or counter, so I’d definitely recommend booking online in advance.
