Booking in advance and showing the QR code was no problem at all. Easy to use and easy to book. The food selection is diverse, focusing on Chinese food, noodles, and spicy mala dishes. There's no ice provided; you have to ask the staff. The water is warm. There's also a penguin enclosure to watch; they swim around and have fun, they're cute.

After comparing surrounding hotels, we stayed at Hengqin Bay Hotel, and our experience was reliable. The room arrangements were meticulous, the amenities were practical, and we rested well. The dining experience was good, with a wide variety of options for the buffet breakfast and dinner. Our child was particularly satisfied with the hotel's recreational facilities, enjoying the water park immensely. Evening walks in the park were relaxing thanks to the natural scenery. The butler service was prompt and effective; inquiries were answered quickly. A package delivered to the hotel during our stay was forgotten because we were rushing to check out. We contacted butler Xiao Huang, who kindly located the package and re-delivered it to a new address. Thank you, Xiao Huang! His service was very attentive and dedicated. The hotel lobby was bright, and check-in was efficient. Overall, the accommodation, dining, recreation, and service were consistently excellent, providing a reassuring choice for family travel. The room arrangements were thoughtful and meticulous, with complete and practical amenities such as bathtub liners. The mattresses were of medium firmness, and the pillows provided good support, creating a comfortable resting environment for the whole family. The staff proactively installed safety rails on the children's beds and adjusted the room lighting, showing thoughtfulness. The dining options were plentiful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, from Chinese dim sum to Western pastries; the seafood buffet at dinner features fresh ingredients, and the dishes prepared especially for children are adorably presented. The housekeeper is incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and sending daily updates, saving us the trouble of searching for performance times and store opening hours. They work so hard! We wish them a happy and successful year ahead, and we'll definitely be back!


