About the Experience
During my years living abroad, what I missed most was never the fancy restaurant dishes, but rather a simple home-cooked meal steaming hot from the stove. Now that I live in Shanghai, I'd like to invite you to my home where we can cook some authentic Chinese home-style dishes together around the kitchen. These dishes aren't complicated or pretentious - they're the familiar staples that grace dining tables in countless Chinese households.
You will learn how to pair ingredients, season dishes, and control cooking heat, while also discovering the "steaming hot" culture behind Chinese cuisine.
After the experience, I'll give you the recipe so you can recreate that familiar taste wherever you go.
Welcome to this heartwarming Cooking Class! Join me in stir-frying, cooking, and chatting as we rediscover the taste of home. In just one meal, you'll get to know Chinese cuisine and each other—perhaps even recalling the flavors of home. Come and stir-fry with us!

About the experience venue
The experience will take place at my home, which is conveniently located with a warm and cozy atmosphere, full of life. You can cook as comfortably as if you were at a friend's place, and there's also a slightly shy little dog who might come by to join in the fun sometimes.
