It took exactly 5:10 because the road was not yet repaired. We left at 8:00 in the morning and arrived after 1:10. We took a break along the way, but the driver took care of personal business, had a meal, and boarded the plane.

Booked this tour, but just a day before it started, we were told the itinerary will be changed due to operational reasons. Bit of a surprise, but we went ahead with it. The tour itself was pretty affordable, though it's worth noting that the low price didn’t cover lunch or many of the entrance fees. To be fair, the operator did mention what was and wasn’t included, but it might be helpful in the future if they could give a rough idea of how much extra cash to set aside for those add-ons. Big shoutout to our guide, Bao — super knowledgeable, brought us around the different places, and even doubled as our photographer/videographer! And of course, thank you to the driver for bringing us around safely!

Every location, every stop, and every activity felt comfortable and enjoyable. Alex is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, attentive, and caring. He created a friendly atmosphere, answered all questions, and made sure everyone in the group felt included. Thank you for such a memorable day — it truly made my time in Da Lat special. I highly recommend this tour and especially Alex as a guide!

Everything was well organized. We were picked up right from our hotel. The guide spoke good English. Park entrance is an additional fee. We loved everything.
