When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.

Overall, everything was great: a wonderful lunch and excellent staff. The only thing we couldn't do was swim because we couldn't find a decent beach to moor at!

At first, I didn't know I needed to contact the vendor to arrange for pick up and drop off. But they managed to arrange it for me the night before. Even though I did not receive the message for the pick up time (as it was sent to my junk mail), they waited for me and really lived up to their awesome reputation of excellent service. Their service was top tier. The bus was clean but there were some flying insects (I supposed was due to the humid weather). Booked with them again for the trip back to Hanoi. Looking forward to it.

Everything was fine. They packed us up, checked the passenger lists, and drove us away. There were stops for food and toilet breaks. The guide tried to help everyone. As we later learned, they also organize tours directly to Cat Ba.

Great service. The pick up time is one hour earlier than scheduled which is okay for us. Wifi on the bus is not working. Luckily I have my own internet. So be prepared, otherwise the journey can be quite dull unless you plan to sleep on the bus.


